The Sales Applications Module enables interim claims to be produced quickly and efficiently.

• All calculations are included; Percentages complete, MCD deductions, Retentions and VAT to be included
• Contract Values can be imported from the SEC Estimating Software, broken down into individual Section Values
• Claims can be produced at any time based on the users’ estimate of current values
• A Layout Designer is included to enable personalized printouts
• Shortfalls between the amount claimed and the amount paid are automatically catered for
• Retention percentages can be altered to suit each claim
• Customer information can be recalled from the SEC Solutions Customer Database
• Variations can easily be added and included in future claims
• Printouts of individual sales Applications OR a Summary of all sales applications can be obtained, the later showing totals over a selected period, of monies claimed, received and retained, and of MCD deducted.
• VAT Invoices can be created automatically on receipt of payment
• Progress Charts show at a glance completion percentages
